ARTICLE 2- SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on the Application Principles and Procedures of Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's www.beslilas.com website.

ARTICLE 4- GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1- BUYER declares that he/she has read and is informed about the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method of the contracted product and the preliminary information regarding delivery on the Beslilas website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.
4.2- The contracted product will be delivered to BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated by him/her within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of BUYER's place of residence.
4.3- If the contracted product will be delivered to a person/organization other than BUYER, SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to whom the delivery will be made does not accept the delivery.
4.4- SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the contracted product in a sound, complete manner, in accordance with the characteristics specified in the order and with warranty documents and user manuals, if any.
4.5- It is mandatory that the contracted product is paid with the payment method preferred by BUYER. If the product price is not paid for any reason or is cancelled in the bank records, the SELLER is deemed to be relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.
4.6- If the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER due to the unfair or illegal use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons for reasons not caused by the BUYER's fault after the delivery of the product, the product must be sent to the SELLER within 3 days, provided that it has been delivered to the BUYER.
4.7- If the SELLER cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the due date due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or interruption of transportation, it is obliged to notify the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may exercise one of the following rights: cancellation of the order, replacement of the product subject to the contract with a similar one, if any, and/or postponement of the delivery period until the impeding situation is eliminated.
ARTICLE 5- CHANGE
If the BUYER requests a change of order, as of the date of receipt of the product subject to the contract; The Buyer must provide the SELLER with the information and ensure that the round-trip shipping fee is paid by the Buyer within 3 business days. If the product reaches the SELLER, if the product is examined and approved, the similar product will be shipped again. If the product you want to exchange is not available, you can exchange it with another product for the price of the product you purchased. If a negative result is obtained in both cases, the person will be paid the fee within 10 days using the payment method used. There is no exchange for discounted products, beachwear category and body accessories. Our exchange conditions apply to minor faulty sewing errors, missing buttons, and small rips in the event of no size. Buyers who request an exchange must notify us in the form of a photo or video.
ARTICLE 6- AUTHORIZED COURT
In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place of residence of the BUYER or SELLER are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. If the order is placed, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
ARTICLE 7- RETURN
We have a return option in our store. It is required that the returned and exchanged products are unused. After the product is delivered to the BUYER, the return request must be created within 3 days and the product must be delivered to us. Your return requests made on the 4th day will not be valid by us. In case the products are examined, the payment will be made within 10 days if they are approved.
If the result of the examination of the returned product is negative by us, the BUYER will not be refunded.
After completing your shopping, you have
